Account information: email address, username, selected currency, account creation date, password hash and password salt, session records, account status, ban or referral-block reasons, and support messages you send us.

Gameplay and earning information: coins, XP, virtual miners, miner levels, mining power, mining energy, selected crypto balances, daily bonus and faucet history, ledger entries, earning history, referral relationships, commission records, and withdrawal history.

Withdrawal information: payout method, currency, amount, status, destination details such as FaucetPay email, wallet address, Lightning address, Lightning Quest account, payout IDs, failure reasons, refunds, and correction records.

Referral, anti-abuse, and device/network information: signup IP address, signup IP hash, referral source, landing page, referrer URL, request headers, captcha verification results, timestamps, and other signals used to detect duplicate accounts, invalid traffic, or reward abuse.

Partner and advertising information: offerwall or PTC provider identifiers, transaction IDs, offer names, event status, reward amounts, payout amounts, IP information, raw postback data, and reversal information reported by partners.

Analytics and cookies: we use session cookies to keep you logged in and Google Analytics to understand site usage. Embedded ad, PTC, offerwall, captcha, or partner frames may also set cookies or collect identifiers under their own policies.

2. How We Use Information

Lightning Miner does not control every cookie, identifier, offer decision, or payout review performed by those services.

Lightning Miner uses an essential login cookie named lm_session. This cookie stores a session token in your browser; the site stores only a hash of that token server-side. We also use analytics and embedded partner services that may rely on cookies, pixels, scripts, or browser storage.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, ledger, withdrawal, referral, support, anti-abuse, and partner postback records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the site, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, comply with partner requirements, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations. We may retain certain abuse-prevention records after account closure to prevent repeat violations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including hashed passwords, hashed session tokens, access controls, and Cloudflare infrastructure. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

We may need to verify your identity and may keep records when retention is needed for fraud prevention, accounting, partner disputes, withdrawal history, legal compliance, or site security.

9. Children

Lightning Miner is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact support@lightningminer.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. International Users

Lightning Miner may process information in the United States, Canada, or other locations where our infrastructure or providers operate. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed outside your location.
