Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lightning Miner ("Lightning Miner," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using lightningminer.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What Lightning Miner Is

Lightning Miner is a free virtual crypto mining faucet and progression game. Users can claim faucet rewards, complete PTC or offerwall activity, earn site coins, buy and upgrade virtual miners, mine supported crypto balances in the app, convert eligible balances into coins, and request eligible withdrawals.

Lightning Miner is not physical cryptocurrency mining hardware, a bank, an investment account, a wallet provider, a securities platform, or financial advice. Rewards are promotional and game-like, and availability can change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Lightning Miner. You may not use the site if doing so would violate laws or rules that apply to you, including sanctions, anti-fraud, tax, or cryptocurrency rules in your location.

Lightning Miner is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may close the account and delete or limit associated information as appropriate.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at support@lightningminer.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

One person may not create or control multiple accounts to farm rewards, referral commissions, faucet claims, offerwall credits, or withdrawals. We may limit, suspend, ban, or consolidate accounts that appear to share the same person, household, device, network, IP address, payment destination, referral pattern, or other abuse signals.

4. Earning Rules

Rewards may come from faucet claims, daily bonuses, PTC partners, offerwall partners, referrals, promotions, virtual mining, or other site features. Rewards may be delayed, denied, reversed, corrected, capped, or manually reviewed when we detect fraud, duplicate accounts, invalid partner callbacks, chargebacks, reversals, automation, or technical errors.

You may not use bots, scripts, emulators, click farms, fake traffic, fraudulent referrals, VPN or proxy abuse, automated captcha solving, misleading offerwall submissions, or any other method intended to inflate rewards or bypass site rules.

5. Virtual Miners, Coins, and Balances

Site coins, virtual miners, hashpower, mining energy, XP, and similar in-app items are limited licenses for use inside Lightning Miner. They are not money, securities, stored value, or property that can be sold outside the site.

Crypto balances shown in your account are tracked in supported crypto units for the purpose of eligible withdrawal requests. Mining rates, currency availability, supported payout methods, and reward formulas may change based on site economics, provider availability, abuse controls, or technical needs.

6. Withdrawals

Eligible users may request withdrawals through supported methods, including FaucetPay, BTC Lightning, direct supported-coin withdrawals, or Lightning Quest transfers when available. Withdrawals are subject to balance checks, supported currency rules, fraud review, provider availability, payout limits, and destination validity.

You are responsible for entering the correct destination, wallet address, Lightning address, FaucetPay account, or linked account. Cryptocurrency and third-party transfers may be irreversible. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect destinations, unsupported networks, third-party outages, or provider-side account issues.

We may reject, delay, reverse, refund, or manually review withdrawals connected to rule violations, duplicate accounts, invalid earnings, suspected abuse, technical errors, sanctions concerns, or provider failures.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards are only for valid, independent users. Self-referrals, referral rings, same-household abuse, fake signups, duplicate accounts, or paid traffic that violates partner or site rules may result in revoked commissions, reduced balances, referral blocks, account bans, or withdrawal holds.

8. Third-Party Services

Lightning Miner uses or links to third-party services such as FaucetPay, Lightning Quest, hCaptcha, Google Analytics, PTC networks, ad networks, and offerwall providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party offer availability, credit decisions, reversals, account requirements, or payout processing.

9. Support, Corrections, and Site Changes

We may correct balances, rewards, withdrawals, ledger entries, account status, or other records when we find a bug, underpayment, overpayment, partner reversal, duplicate credit, abuse, or accounting error. We may add, remove, pause, or change features at any time.

For support, contact support@lightningminer.com. We may ask for account details needed to investigate a request, but we will never ask for your password.

10. Taxes and Compliance

You are responsible for understanding and paying any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations connected to rewards or withdrawals you receive. We may withhold, reject, or report activity if required by law or by a payment, advertising, or offerwall partner.

11. Intellectual Property

Lightning Miner, the site design, virtual miner names and art, code, text, logos, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site only as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its content except where law clearly allows it.

12. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts, block withdrawals, remove rewards, or restrict access when we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for the site or other users, violates partner rules, or is required by law. You may stop using Lightning Miner at any time.

13. Disclaimers and Limits

Lightning Miner is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any particular earning rate, any particular reward value, or that all third-party services will remain available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Lightning Miner after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
